Registration for the 2015 Summer Chinese Program 注册文诚中文夏令营

For your convenience, please download and complete the enrollment package.

The completed registration form can be e-mailed to: wscc.asp@gmail.com, with the deposit check made out to WSCCASP and sent to P.O. Box 3232, Woburn MA 01888 or  both the completed registration form and deposit check can be sent to the mailing address. An online banking payment is also acceptable.

Please write "WSCC Summer 2015 - your child name" in the subject areas of the e-mail and on the memo line of the deposit check. Registration is confirmed only when both the registration form and deposit check is received. For families attending the Weekend Program, both the registration form and deposit check can be submitted at the greeting desk when school is in session.

Important information regarding the Summer Chinese Program registration:

1. A non-refundable registration fee of $20 is applied per family.
2. Tuition per two-week session is $640 (full day) and $400 (half day). Friday is a full day for all registrants. Tuition includes lunch, snacks, and field trip transportation.
3. The deposit is $100/session/child and is required with full payment due at the first day of the enrolled session.
4. Early registrants receive a 5% discount if registering before March 31, 2015 or if their child is a current WSCC student or a sibling from the same family. Combined discount is up to 10% maximum.
5. Please make payment payable to WSCCASP.
6. A $25 bank fee will be charged for insufficient funds.
7. Payment is due at the time of registration to hold an enrollment slot.
8. Please notify the school before May 31, 2015 if withdrawing to receive a full refund of deposit. After this date, a $50/session/child penalty will be deducted from the deposit.
9. There are no refunds once a session starts.
